Exchange & Refund Policy

At each product quality is checked, order verified and then shipped to the customer. We thoroughly check all the shipment before dispatch, but even after all stringent quality control measure, there is a remote possibility that the item may be defective or a wrong item is delivered. Only in all such cases we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Terms and Condition for Returns: 

  1. For any defective, damaged, incomplete wrong order delivered we request you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with the image of the product received or the parcel opening video.
  2. You can inform about any damage or incomplete order to us only through our Whatsapp number or via email at
  3. Once you receive the confirmation from us for the return, you are requested to keep the product in original packing. We will arrange return shipment through our courier partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation
  4. All item to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packing intact.
  5. Once courier pick up is assigned, its customer responsibility to handover the product to the courier company. Courier company will make at least two attempts for parcel pick up. If they are unable to pick the parcel due to customer unavailability or locked premises, they can cancel the return pick up. In that case, the customer has to send the parcel at his/her own expense.
  6. If you have received damaged product we will try to replace the product as soon as possible. If the product replacement is not possible only in that case we will return the cost of the product. Cost of Shipping is not refundable.
  7. On receipt of the product at our boutique, we will process refund or Replacement within 3 working days.
  8. We don’t accept refund if item is not liked by the customer or due to size mismatch as we already mention all details like fabric details, size and work details which can be seen in pictures available on our website. In case the customer wants to exchange due to this reason, then the customer has to bear to and fro shipment charges for sending the product and getting the exchanged item back.
  9. We don’t offer return courier service for products purchased during sale. Though such products can be exchanged within 7 days.

Please note:

We don’t offer refund for the products sold. All products purchased from our boutique / can be exchanged within 7 days only. For exchange, the product should be in their original condition with all tags.

We follow standard size chart and mention those on our website. You can find the size chart on our website or get details by calling/texting us. All products are measure for their actual size before dispatch
