Navyaonline.com is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. All our products are shipped from our boutique in Abu Dhabi and we provide shipment to all the locations across the UAE. We use services of reputed courier company for deliveries

Shipping charges depend on the location. Our standard shipping charges are AED 10 for all city centers in the Emirates. Outside the city area delivery charge is AED 20. After entering the location in the checkout form, exact shipping charges will be displayed for your location.

We offer flat rate shipping, i.e shipping charge will remain same irrespective of any number of products you purchase at once.

We make our best efforts to ship your order at the earliest. Most of the orders are shipped within one day except for the order placed on weekend or on public holidays.

After placing the order, you will get a notification via Whatsapp or email (if whatsapp number not provided) regarding the parcel tracking number and the courier company link. You can track your order from their website or mobile app. Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days. If there is any delay due to any given reason, courier company will contact you. You can also get in touch with us and we will follow up with the courier company.
